Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 1 quart casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Cook the turkey over medium high heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and mix in the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Simmer for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add the turkey, tomato, beans, and thyme. Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
