0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tsp  fresh oregano
1 tsp  fresh tarragon
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
24 oz  tuna steaks
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, oregano, tarragon, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the fish.
  2. Light the grill.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with the salt and pepper. Grill the fish for 3 minutes then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Place the fish on 4 plates and spoon 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture on top of each.
