0 1/4 lb  fresh green beans
2 each  small potatoes
8 oz  tuna fillets
0.3333 cup  white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
2 cup  Lettuce, bibb, fresh, shred/chpd
1 each  medium tomatoes
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Arrange the green beans and potatoes on half of a vegetable steamer and the tuna on the other half; steam, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Place the tuna on a plate and dunk the beans and potatoes in ice water.
  3. Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, and mustard in a jar; shake to mix.
  4. Place the lettuce on a large plate.
  5. Drain the beans and potatoes; spoon on top of the lettuce. Flake the tuna and add to the salad. Place the tomato wedges on top of the salad.
  6. Pour the vinegar dressing over all and sprinkle with pepper.
