Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the coffee and 1 tablespoon of sugar substitute. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a bowl and reserve the rest.
  2. Mix in the rest of the sugar substitute and the creamer with the 2 tablespoons of coffee mixture. Stir until the sugar substitute completely dissolves.
  3. Spoon in the cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, beat at medium speed until smooth. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  4. Set one cake slice in the bottom of each of five custard cups. Spread half of the reserved coffee mixture over the cake slice. Smear the cheese mixture on top of the coffee covered cake slice.
  5. Set a second cake slice on top of the cheese mixture and press down into the cups. Spread the rest of the reserved coffee mixture on top and sprinkle with the cocoa, if desired.
