1 tsp  olive oil
1 lb  large raw shrimp
1 cup  fresh chopped green onion
4 each  medium garlic cloves
14 1/2 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
1 tsp  ground oregano
1 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 3/4 cup  crumbled feta cheese
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Pour the oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high. Sauté the shrimp for about 3 minutes. Place the shrimp equally onto 4 dishes.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Mix in the tomatoes, oregano, basil, sugar, and pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Evenly divide the tomato mixture on top of the shrimp and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
  5. Broil for approximately 5 minutes.
