Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the green pepper, onion, lime juice, pineapple, and jalapeño pepper in a bowl and refrigerate, covered.
  2. Preheat the broiler and spray with the cooking spray.
  3. Coat the fish with the soy sauce. Broil for 4 minutes then turn over and broil for another 4 minutes.
  4. Place the fillets on 4 plates and top with the pineapple salsa.
