Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook the sausage in a heavy-bottom skillet for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, turning often. Move onto a plate. Discard any fat left in the skillet.
  2. Put the onion, beans, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, sage, and hot pepper sauce in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the kielbasa and the rice. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Spoon the mixture into 2 bowls and splash with the vinegar, if desired.
