1 tbsp  unsalted butter
1 each  large shallots
0 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
10 oz  frozen green peas
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
  1. Place walnuts in dry skillet over medium-high heat. Toast, stirring frequently, 1-3 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Return skillet to heat, melt butter over medium-high.
  3. Add shallots. Sauté 3 minutes.
  4. Raise heat to high. Add broth and peas. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add walnuts, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir. Serve.
