1 tbsp  unsalted butter
1 each  large shallots
0 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
10 oz  frozen green peas
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high.
  2. Add shallots. Sauté 3 minutes.
  3. Raise heat to high. Add broth and peas.
  4. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Toast walnuts in shallow microwave safe dish on high for 1-3 minutes or on baking sheet in 350°F oven 1-3 minutes.
  6. Add walnuts, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir. Serve.
