1.125 lb  Beans, kidney, white, cooked from dry, INTL
0.3333 cup  fresh lemon juice
1.3333 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, tub
1 tbsp  lemon zest
1 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix beans, lemon juice, margarine, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Transfer bean mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
