3 cup  fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
0 3/4 cup  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
0 1/4 cup  fresh mint
1 tbsp  white wine vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Mix cucumbers, yogurt, mint, vinegar and salt.
  2. Refrigerate 20 minutes and stir before serving.
