6 each  eggs
1 cup  almond meal (flour)
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  Marmalade, orange
2 pint  fresh strawberries
2 tbsp  sliced almonds
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 10" removable-bottom tart pan with cooking spray.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and 1 tablespoon water on high speed until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes. Fold almond flour into yolks.
  4. In clean bowl, beat egg whites and sugar until medium peaks form, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add tablespoon of beaten whites into egg yolk mixture to loosen it and fold the remaining egg whites into mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared tart pan. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack until completely cool.
  7. In microwave safe bowl, warm orange marmalade until it is runny about 15 seconds. Brush half of marmalade on top of tart.
  8. Plae strawberries on glaze in concentric circles, mounding them in the middle of tart.
  9. Glaze strawberries and edge of tart with remaining orange marmalade glaze. Sprinkle with almonds.
