2 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
4 each  medium garlic cloves
24 each  Mussels, blue, raw, medium
10 oz  Fish, turbot, European, fillet, raw
10 oz  tuna fillets
1 1/2 cup  clam juice
1 cup  Tomatoes, dices, unsalted, canned
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  chervil, dried
1 each  bay leaves
1 pinch  saffron
8 oz  cooked crab
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick saucepan before adding onions and garlic.
  2. Cook over medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in the mussels, turbot, tuna, clam juice, tomatoes, orange zest, thyme, chervil, bay leaf, and saffron.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir crabmeat and parsley into the fish mixture.
  6. Remove and discard orange zest and bay leaf before serving.
