18 tbsp  Flour, all purpose, bleached, enriched
0 1/4 cup  packed brown sugar
1 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/4 cup  molasses
0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 1/2 cup  Blueberries, fresh
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Prejeat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix together yogurt and molasses in a smaller bowl.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup of boiling water and yogurt mixture into flour mixture.
  5. Pour into the round pan and sprinkle blueberries on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until center tests done.
