4 each  fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp  bread crumbs
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
1 pinch  ground red pepper (cayenne)
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place tomato halves on baking pan.
  4. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper together.
  5. Sprinkle mixture over each tomato half before baking for 15 minutes.
