8 oz  fresh pineapple
6 oz  Mango, fresh, whole
0 3/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
1 each  medium oranges
2 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
1 1/2 tbsp  sugar
  1. Mix together the pineapple, mango, and bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Grate the orange to make 1 teaspoon of rind.
  3. Peel and cut orange into sections, reserving the juice in a bowl.
  4. Squeeze the membranes over the bowl to make 2 tablespoons of juice.
  5. Throw away the membranes.
  6. Combine the orange rind and orange sections with the pineapple mixture.
  7. Mix in the jalapeño pepper, extracted orange juice, and sugar.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
