1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
6 oz  SPLENDA┬«
2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
4 oz  reduced fat margarine (80%)
0.3333 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp  orange juice
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, Splenda, orange peel, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  4. Using a pastry blender, cut in the margarine until the mixture is a coarse consistency.
  5. Add the raisins, egg substitute, and orange juice. Stir to mix.
  6. Place teaspoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to make 29 equal mounds.
  7. Bake for about 13 minutes.
  8. Use a spatula to remove the cookies from the baking sheet and let cool before serving.
