1 pinch  salt
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 lb  Broccolini, stalks, fresh
1 tbsp  olive oil
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Trim stem ends from broccolini and arrange spears on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with stems and flowers with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Roast broccolini on the top rack of the oven until stems are tender when pierced with knife, about 10 minutes.
  5. Toss broccolini with balsamic vinegar and serve.
