Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  2. Set 1 tortilla on the baking sheet and top with 3/4 cup cheese, 2 teaspoons jalapeƱo pepper, and 1/4 cup green onions.
  3. Place another tortilla over the onions. Put the rest of the cheese, the rest of the pepper, and 1/4 cup green onions on top. Then set the last tortilla on top. Push down and spray with the cooking spray.
  4. Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes. In this exact order, top with the lettuce, sour cream, salsa, 1/4 cup green onions, and cilantro.
