Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the beef, onion, and bell pepper in a nonstick skillet. Brown the beef over medium high heat. Stir to break up the beef into smaller pieces.
  2. Mix in the rice, broth, salt, pepper, and tomatoes. Decrease the heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
