  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put the chickpeas, milk, lemon juice, and cloves in a blender. Pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency.
  3. Set the pitas on baking sheets and coat with the olive oil. Bake for 6 minutes.
  4. Smear the bean mixture on the pitas, but leave a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Top with the spinach, tomato, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, feta cheese, and olives.
  5. Bake for approximately 5 minutes.
