1 cup  self-rising flour
0 1/2 cup  lowfat milk
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a muffin pan with the cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the flour, milk, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.
  3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and remove from the pan right away.
