0.3333 cup  Pork, ham, whole, roasted, diced
6 1/2 oz  Cornbread, dry mix
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat an 8-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the ham for approximately 2 minutes then transfer to a bowl. Continue to heat the skillet.
  3. Combine the muffin mix, milk, pecans, egg substitute, and the ham. Spoon the batter into the skillet.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Slice into 8 wedges.
