0 3/4 cup  Broth, chicken, low sodium, canned
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  cornstarch
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/4 tsp  dried rosemary
1 each  cooking spray
8 each  raw halibut fillets
  1. Mix together the chicken broth, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Boil for about 1 minute, stirring continuously. Turn the heat off and add the parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary.
  2. Light the grill.
  3. Coat the grill rack with the cooking spray. Grill, covered, for 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 6 minutes. Serve with the warm lemon sauce.
