2 oz  chile peppers, anaheim
2 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 3/4 cup  Avocado, average, fresh, cubed
0 1/2 cup  Salsa, green chili tomato, chunky
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  medium limes
  1. Slice the Chiles in half. Discard the stem, seeds, and membranes.
  2. Process the chile, green onions, and garlic in a blender or food processor until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add tomato, avocado, salsa, sprigs, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to the blender and process until blended, but still chunky.
  4. Spoon into serving dish, and garnish with lime slices.
