1 tbsp  tomato paste
4 oz  capers
4 oz  pimentos
15 each  pitted calamata olives
3 each  medium garlic cloves
2 1/4 lb  tuna steaks
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Put the tomato paste, capers, pimiento, olives, and cloves in a blender and pulse until finely chopped. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Season the tuna with the pepper. Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray.
  3. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes then turn over and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Place the tuna on 6 plates and top each with 2 tablespoons of the tapenade. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.
