1 lb  Squash, summer, fresh, medium, FDA
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh rosemary
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
  1. Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the vinegar, rosemary, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Put the squash in the bowl and toss to mix.
  3. Grill the squash, covered, for about 8 to 10 minutes. Flip the squash over and baste with the rosemary blend every 2 minutes.
