14 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
0 1/2 each  medium cucumber
0.3333 cup  crumbled feta cheese
12 each  pitted calamata olives
1 each  large tomato
0.3333 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix together the artichoke, cucumber, feta, olive, and tomato in a salad bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic clove. Add to the salad bowl and toss to mix. Sprinkle the pepper on top.
