Grilled Salmon
1 lb  salmon fillet
2 tsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt
1 tsp  black pepper

4 oz  cream cheese
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 cup  fresh chopped spinach
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
4 each  whole wheat tortillas
Grilled Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side, until fillets are cooked to order.
  4. Transfer fillets to cutting board. Allow to cool and cut into small pieces.
  1. In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place tortillas on a work surface.
  3. Divide and spread cream cheese mixture in middle of each tortilla.
  4. Divide salmon between tortillas, top with shredded spinach.
  5. Tightly toll tortilla ending with seam side down.
  6. Slice wraps diagonally and serve.
