  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Roll the bread dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle and spread with apricot preserves.
  3. Sprinkle with cranberries.
  4. Roll up, starting with the long side.
  5. Pinch dough to seal.
  6. Cut into 12 one inch slices.
  7. Place in a sprayed muffin tin.
  8. Lightly cover and let rise until doubled, about 50 to 60 minutes.
  9. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove and place on rack.
  11. Combine powdered sugar and orange peel with just enough of the orange juice to make a glaze.
  12. Drizzle over warm rolls.
