Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oil and non-stick cooking spray in a large, shallow saucepan. Add onions and stir-fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Add to the onions in the saucepan and stir-fry until white, about 5 minutes.
  3. Chop livers into small pieces and add to the mixture, together with the boiled giblets, stirring constantly.
  4. Add seasonings and stock.
  5. Lower heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
