1 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 cup  Blueberries, fresh
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in margarine with two knives or a pastry blender.
  3. Add milk, stirring just enough to moisten. Carefully fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoon onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil spray.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
