0 1/2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
2 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 tbsp  honey mustard
0 1/4 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 piece  fresh romaine leaves
8 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
0 1/2 each  large tomato
  1. Put the yogurt on a paper towel and place another paper towel on top. Let sit for 5 minutes then transfer the yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Mix in the chicken, celery, onions, mustard, dill, and pepper.
  3. Set the lettuce leaves on the bread slices and spoon the chicken mixture on top. Top each sandwich with 1 tomato slice and the other slice of bread.
