0 3/4 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 oz  olive oil
1 tbsp  garlic cloves, chopped
0.3333 floz  fresh chopped celery
0.3333 each  small red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  creole seasoning
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
14 1/2 oz  canned stewed tomatoes
10 oz  frozen sliced okra
  1. Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Cut into 1" pieces.
  2. In nonstick pot, heat olive oil to meduium. Add chicken. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken is done.
  3. Add garlic, onions, celery, and red bell pepper. Cook 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender.
  4. In small cup, mix flour with 1/4 water. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add flour roux, broth, hot sauce, tomatoes, and creole seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add okra. Simmer, covered, for approximately 8 minutes.
