  1. Mix the cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water in a bowl.
  2. In medium saucepan, combine blueberries and 1 cup water. Cook over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes.
  3. Decrease the heat to low, and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook for approximately 1 minute.
  4. Turn the heat off, and let cool for 2 minutes. Mix in the Splenda and lemon juice.
