Ingredients Directions
  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Omit any salt or fat.
  2. Put the beans, tomatoes, and pepper in a salad bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and throw away the membranes.
  3. Mix in the cilantro and beans. Add the pasta. Toss with the Italian dressing. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours.
