Ingredients Directions
  1. Diagonally slice the steak into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  2. Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.
  3. Cook the steak, chili sauce, and Creole seasoning for approximately 4 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
  4. Saute the onion and bell pepper for about 7 minutes. Combine with the steak.
  5. Wrap the tortillas in a piece of wax paper and microwave for 30 seconds on a high setting.
  6. Top the tortillas with the steak mixture and fold the tortillas over to seal. Garnish with the cilantro sprigs.
