  1. Light the grill and spray the rack with the cooking spray.
  2. Coat the chicken and onion with the barbecue sauce. Grill the chicken, onion, and pineapple, covered, for 5 minutes then turn over and grill for another 5 minutes.
  3. Put the chicken breast on bottom slice of bun. Top with the onion, pineapple, and top half of bun.
