  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 X 9-inch baking pan with the cooking spray.
  2. Make the cake mix according to the directions on the package. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
  4. Make the pudding according to the directions on the package, but use the 3 cups fat free milk. Smear the pudding across the top of the cake.
  5. In this exact order, put the pie filling, pineapple, strawberries, banana, and whipped topping on top.
  6. Pour the chocolate syrup over all and sprinkle with the walnuts.
