Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  2. Set the tomatoes on the baking sheet with the cut side up.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and red pepper in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley, and cheese.
  5. Smear 1 tablespoon of the mustard mixture on the cut side of each tomato. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of each.
  6. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes.
