1 each  cooking spray
0 3/4 cup  Cereal, hot, farina, instant
0 3/4 cup  self-rising flour
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 cup  low fat buttermilk
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  Eggs, large, raw
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray an 8 inch cast iron skillet with the cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the farina, flour, and baking powder. Form a hole in the center.
  3. Mix together the buttermilk, oil, and egg in a separate bowl. Combine with the flour mixture an mix until all of the ingredients are moistened.
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet. Bake for about 30 minutes. Slice into 8 wedges and serve.
