8 cup  chopped apples
0 1/2 cup  apple cider
0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Mix together the apple and apple cider in a saucepan. Bring just to a boil, stirring often, and then decrease the heat. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, stirring infrequently.
  2. Stir in the Splenda and nutmeg. Cook, stirring continuously, until the Splenda dissolves.
  3. Using a potato masher, mash the mixture until it is slightly chunky.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, until completely chilled. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
