1 cup  romaine lettuce
0 1/2 each  small red bell peppers
0 1/2 each  medium yellow bell peppers
0 1/2 each  small green bell peppers
4 each  Radishes, fresh
0 1/4 cup  Sprouts, mung bean, mature, fresh
3 tbsp  low fat buttermilk
1 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 tsp  white wine vinegar
1 each  scallions
1 pinch  garlic powder
1 pinch  onion powder
1 each  large hard-boiled eggs
  1. Mix together the lettuce, peppers, radishes, and bean sprouts in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, scallion, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl.
  3. Separate the salad onto two plates and drizzle the dressing over all. Set the egg white on top.
