  1. Spray the molds with the cooking spray. Lay strips of wax paper across each other to make an X in the molds.
  2. Put the chocolate frozen yogurt into the mold. Form a layer across the bottom and on the sides. Freeze for 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon the cherry frozen yogurt into the mold. Freeze until ready to serve.
  3. Use a sharp knife to cut around the edges of the mold. Run a towel under hot water and wring out. Set the molds on plates and place the towel on top of the mold.
  4. Take the wax strips off and serve.
