Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Place chicken in skillet and cook over medium high for 2 minutes.
  2. With slotted spoon, transfer chicken to paper towels. Allow to drain.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place bread shell on baking sheet and coat gently with the cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle half of cheese on top of bread shell.
  5. Place chicken, onion, and mushrooms over cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Place tomato slices on top.
  6. Sprinkle with basil. Gently spray top with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, to taste.
