Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
  2. Mix together the refried beans and chili powder in a bowl. Coat each side of the tortillas lightly with water. Smear the bean mixture on half of each tortilla.
  3. Put the chicken, cheese, tomato, onion, and cilantro on top of the beans. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the chicken and beans.
  4. Put the quesadillas on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 7 minutes. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with the salsa alongside.
