Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium skillet cook meat and onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is clear.
  2. Drain juice and fat from cooked meat and onions. Add corn, taco seasoning, and rice and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add grated cheese to top; cover and let set for 5 minutes.
