Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and bell pepper for approximately 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. Mix in the tofu and cook for 2 minutes, continuously stirring. Gently mix in the rice, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve hot.
