1 each  olive oil cooking spray
2 each  fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp  Cheese, feta, crumbled
2 tsp  fresh dill weed
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat the broiler. Spray a baking pan with the cooking spray.
  2. Cut the tomatoes crosswise into 3 slices. Set in the baking pan with the sliced side up. Sprinkle the feta cheese and dill on top.
  3. Gently spray with the cooking spray and sprinkle with the pepper.
  4. Broil for about 7 minutes or until the cheese starts to turn brown.
