4 oz  Pasta, bow ties, semolina, dry
2 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  scallions
0 1/4 cup  white wine
8 oz  fresh asparagus
2 tbsp  fresh basil
8 each  fresh cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp  fat free sour cream
0 1/2 oz  goat cheese
  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms, garlic, scallions, and olive oil, covered, for 1 minutes over high heat. Stir in the wine and pasta water. Cook until half of the liquid has absorbed.
  3. Add the asparagus and reduce the heat to medium. Cook, covered, for about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and basil and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Mix in the sour cream. Cook for about 1 minute. Separate onto 2 plates and sprinkle the goat cheese on top.
