1 tbsp  whipped butter
1 tbsp  Flour, arrowroot
1 cup  Milk, evaporated, nonfat/skim
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  white pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Add the arrowroot flour.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk. Cook just until the sauce has thickened, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
